Tilt Ratchet Mechanism
The Tilt Ratchet Mechanism allows extension or retraction along the horizontal axis and allows vertical movement of retractor blade with a second ratchet. This is our most popular and versatile ratchet mechanism. It is also compatible with most other table fixed retractor systems.

The Fixed Ratchet Mechanism allows extension or retraction along the horizontal axis at 2mm intervals. Fits most table fixed retractor systems.
