Yu-Holtgrewe & Carroll Prostatic Retractor Blades
The Yu-Holtgrewe and Carrol Prostatic Malleable Retractor Blades are designed to enhance and maintain retropubic exposure during Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy. The center groove allows the inflated Foley catheter to be trapped in place in the bladder while the bladder is retracted towards the patients head. The notched blade prevents the bladder from gradually slipping out of place. Blade attaches to a standard Balfour self-retaining retractor or Bookwalter style Retractor.
